Foam Roller Bundle

The Brayva Recovery Roller Bundle is great for those who want to have the option to switch between a gentle and a firm roller. This is a great option for you if you have some days where you are too sore for a firm massage but on other days where you feel good, want a more intense release. Alternatively, this is a great option if you find certain areas of your body more sensitive then others. For example, we recommend using the gentle roller for your lats (over your ribs) and your shins as it molds nicely around bone.
