The Brayva trigger balls offer a deep tissue massage for fast relief of muscular aches and pains.

The peanut trigger ball is great to release muscles either side of your spine and large muscle groups such as the calves, hamstrings, quads etc.The single trigger ball is great for anywhere in the body, if you have a trigger point "knot" this ball will help get it out.

We recommend starting in a standing position, placing the ball between your body and the wall and rolling up/down/round. For a more intense release you can lie on it, on the ground.
