The Brayva peanut trigger ball is designed to help you release trigger points around boney regions on the body. This is a great product to release the muscles either side of your spine. We recommend starting in a standing position, placing the ball between your back and the wall and rolling up and down. For a more intense release you can lie on it, on the ground.
